Full Time Positions

1. Project Integration, Senior Associate
Position Title :  Project Integration, Senior Associate
Closing Date  : 28 February 2022
 

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be part of Commercial integration projects. An integration project is an undertaking of managing an IT project requiring the integration of B-Linked as well as other BonusLink products.  Responsibilities includes assisting the Product Development Manager in building the project plan, coordinating the plan to completion, and evaluating the success – on-time delivery, expense management, customer satisfaction, and so on – of the plan;
  • Responsible for project plan documentation including requirement gathering, development of use case specifications, as well as the storage and recordkeeping for future reference;
  • Learning and understanding the BonusLink products, systems and functionality;
  • Working with clients or partners on fit gap analysis and other forms of business analysis so scoping and documentation can be produced either by the Project Integration, Senior Associate or other IT Business Analysis employees;
  • Basic understanding of technical integration technologies such as API operations and XML and JSON concepts, as well as other web and database technology so decisions can be made on project plan requirements;
  • Ensure clients and vendors and internal resources are on-track with their requirements so the project plans remain on-track;
  • Prepare documents for Implementation and Customer Service Departments as part of the project plan documentation so that training materials can be produced whenever appropriate for training purposes to Implementation and Customer Service Department, as well as other Company employees;
  • Work with each department to support sales closing as Commercial Office explores sales or relationships requiring integration project plan management.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management or related fields;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is preferred or comparable work experiences;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate complex projects and manage multiple tasks & deadlines simultaneously;
  • Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation;
  • Knowledge of product development and product lifecycle, budgeting & financial management;
  • Good stakeholder management skills with the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships internally and externally;
  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-starter and maintains positive attitude;
  • Excited to wear different hats in a growing, entrepreneurial company environment.
